While
knowing that “Worship” is a word that refers to our relationship to God in all
of life, the most common question about worship style is primarily about
singing songs of praise when we gather. The answer to that type of question
would be that we are labeled as a contemporary worship style. With that
said, we believe that the church should not be focused on the title they give
their worship style, but should be more focused on Glorifying God. In our
worship service, we hope to provide musical worship that is relevant to multiple
generations with different musical preferences. We hope that we can get past
having a worship style that has a label and simply sing praises together to an
all-powerful God. We know that we can’t please all people with this approach,
but ultimately our goal is to please God with our worship, not man.
